What Is Not Included?

The Custom PC Assembly and Testing service does not automatically include components, peripherals, additional upgrades or software unless they are specifically included in your order. Services such as Windows installation, Windows activation, data transfer, installation of customer-owned components, advanced software configuration and additional upgrades may require separate services. A Windows licence or product key is not included unless specifically purchased with the system. While the computer is tested before completion, testing cannot guarantee that a hardware fault will never develop in the future or that issues caused by software, external devices, network connections or later changes to the system will not occur. Any work outside the defined assembly and testing process may be quoted separately.
